About Me
My name is Elisabeth Selbervik Lund, I am 24 years old, and I am passionate about staying active in everyday life — without it having to feel like “training.”
I created MOVE30 because I believe that movement should be simple, flexible, and something that naturally fits into your daily routine. It should not feel like a big, life-changing commitment or something you have to be perfect at.
My approach
For me, being active is not about strict routines or intense workouts.
It is about finding small, realistic ways to move throughout the day.
MOVE30 is built on the idea that anyone should be able to find a short workout — 30 minutes or less — no matter how busy their day is. Whether it’s Monday or Friday, whether you have energy or not, there should always be an option that works for you.
A realistic mindset
I do not believe in pressure or unrealistic expectations.
There is no requirement to work out every day.
If you forget, feel tired, or don’t have time, that’s completely okay.
You do not have to start over.
What matters is showing up when you can.
Because it is the act of doing that builds a sense of achievement.
Why MOVE30 matters
I especially want to inspire people with busy schedules — particularly those with office jobs or long days of sitting — to remember to move a little during the day.
Even small amounts of movement can make a difference, both physically and mentally.
No pressure — just movement
MOVE30 is not about doing more.
It is about doing something.
If you want to develop your training further over time, that’s great — but there is absolutely no expectation or requirement to do so.
This is a space where you can move at your own pace, without pressure.
My goal
My goal with MOVE30 is simple:
To help more people stay active in a way that feels manageable, realistic, and sustainable.
Because even a little movement is better than none — and 30 minutes, or less, is enough.
